Our represented JD Neuhaus has just launched the new Mini Food Grade hoist on the market, in order to respond to the high demands on hygiene and cleanliness of the food industry.
The body of the hoist is made of injected aluminum; the chain, chain guide, hook and trocola are made of stainless steel. The chain lubricant is food grade. These constructive characteristics are also suitable for companies in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector, where in addition to hygienic requirements and resistance to corrosion, they often need equipment suitable for work in potentially explosive atmospheres (Atex).
This hoist is rated "Ex II 3G Ex h IIA T4 Gc X" and "Ex II 3D Ex h IIIA T130° C Dc X".
The maximum load capacity of this Mini Food Grade range is 980 kg, and four models are available: 125, 250, 500 and 1000 kg. In fixed version or with manual translation trolley. The lifting height can be 3, 5 or 8 meters.
