In this project it was required to handle metal cans during their packaging process.

For this purpose, a hoist and a magnetic plate were installed. The plate grabs a number of cans when the hoist descends. A couple of pneumatic cylinders are in charge of unsticking the cans from the magnetic plate. All at once.

The pushbutton of the hoist and cylinders are mounted on a handlebar because there is some clearance between cans and operator.

The entire system moves along a single girder rail.
