We take on the challenge of building two rotating cranes for handling drums in an industry in the food sector. One crane had to be column while the other could be wall mounted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this, we installed in them two JD NEUHAUS \u201cFood Grade\u201d pneumatic hoists with a capacity of 500 kg, equipped with a manual push trolley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIDEMSA designed and built custom tools to handle the drums, of which there are various formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the elements that make up the system (column, rotating arm, drum tooling, trolley, hoist, chain, lifting hook,\u2026) are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. The hoist body is made of die cast aluminum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only type of energy that is needed to operate this equipment is compressed air at 6 bar pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
